Snapdeal CEO to be arrested

Food and Drugs administration (FDA) of Maharastra asked Police to file a FIR against E Commerce website Snapdeal.com , CEO Kunal Bahl and the directors of company will be feeling guilty for selling drugs online without any Prescription.A license retailer alone can sell drugs and other medication that too with a prescription given by a doctor.Online sale of prescription drugs is a big crime and law doesnt allow such things.In April this year, FDA struck the premises of Snapdeal and issued a notification to the firm soliciting it to outfit points of interest from the medications put marked down. Inside couple of days, FDA started getting protests about the different pharmaceuticals including physician endorsed medications were being sold on its site. Thus, FIR has been requested against e-business site’s CEO and Directors.
